The mist sprayer for high viscosity formulas

COPCO has developed a professional mist sprayer that solves the problem of atomizing high viscosity formulas. Thanks to its improved structure, the viscous product can be dispensed into a fine mist for different applications. COPCO has developed 4 different spray angles that can be easily adapted to various products on the market: 45°, 55°, 75° and 80°, whereby the larger the angle, the wider the surface that the mist can cover and vice versa.

COPCO has introduced aerosol cans into its portfolio of packaging products, with an aluminum bottle, valve and actuator all available together. The valve is offered in a 1 inch size and the bottles have a capacity of 150ml for the 45x150mm can.

COPCO's airless mist sprayer

COPCO's airless mist sprayer makes a great yet fine mist whilst also preserving sensitive formulations. The sprayer bottle is offered in a square shape, with a simple and modern silhouette and is available in 3 capacities: 15ml, 30ml and 50ml which each dose an output of 0.2cc. In addition to this airless mist sprayer, COPCO also offers an airless pump option as part of the same set, facilitating the creation of new product lines.

This sprayer generates great fine mist which gently caresses the face like a soft breeze brushing by, thus optimizing the user experience of the product. Benefiting a low dosage of 0.13ml and restricted spray angle, the mist will always fall nicely and cleanly on the face. It's a perfect choice for facial mist products.

Innovative Design of Double Color Injection by COPCO

This is an innovative design from COPCO. Double injection makes the PET bottle appear two different colors inside from outside, along with the heavy wall, it reflects a sense of luxury and elegance of the products.

Lovely bubble bottle with luster, to help the product standing out on the shelf and enhance brand image. Equipped with a lotion pump, it's suitable for many products from facial care, hair care to body care. Available in 2 sizes, 250ml and 500ml.

Spray Bottles suitable for airline products

One of the problems airline products face is leakage. It happens because of the pressure differential when the plane flys at high altitudes. In order to solve this problem for our customers, COPCO launches this series of spray bottles, which could stand up against such rigorous circumstances. Bottles available in 15ml, 20ml and 30ml. We could also offer only the mist sprayers, to match your own bottles. 2 neck sizes are available, 18/410 and 18/415. 3 Closure options: smooth, ribbed and metal. Stylish PET Boston Rounds

The crystal clear Boston Round bottle is an ideal option for make-up remover or Micellar water. The 500ml bottle offers an excellent home option, whilst the 50ml option is ideal for trial sizes and travel packs.
