Sustainable & user-friendly
The newest bottle to be manufactured by COPCO Packaging, is an airless pump bottle that not only offers airless protection to the contents, it also meets sustainability expectations as the outer bottle can be reused simply through the purchase of a refill once the formulation has been depleted. The inner refill bottle is made from PP, a commonly recycled plastic that ensures compatibility with myriad formulations.
The outer bottle container and the cap have been manufactured from PETG so that the plastic material can also be easily recycled and be used to have a second life in the manufacture a brand new product. In addition to its sustainability benefits, PETG is more resistant than other plastics and has the further benefit of a softer-feel making it especially appealing for the packaging of cosmetic fluids as well as the exceptional clarity that lets the user see through to the inner bottle more easily.
Decoration options
To support brands with their requirements, COPCO provides a comprehensive decoration service to complement its products. The 30ml airless refillable bottle pack can be decorated with a variety of techniques or combinations including color injection, metallization, color coating and gradients, finished in either matte or gloss. The look can be further enhanced with hot stamping and silk screen printing, or (subject to a minimum order of 50,000 units) hot transfer printing.
